Tiffany stone is a rare and beautiful crystal. Set in sterling silver.
It's actually a form of fluorite. It has a Mohs hardness of only 5 to 5 1/2. It is mined at one location worldwide - the Brush Wellman beryllium mine, at Spor Mountain, western Utah. It occurs there as nodules that are part of the ore produced at the mine.
Fluorite can act as a “psychic vacuum cleaner,” clearing the atmosphere of confusion, cluttered thoughts, negativity and astral contamination. It is balancing to the third eye and to mental energies in general.
